check them out good price and you dont have to modify ur y pipe just swap ur manifolds with these "new gaskets too of coarse"
tip if u heat the 2 bolts holdin the manifold to the y pipe they come out ALOT easyer
i never herd of this brand but they are cheaper

If you retain factory exhaust losthillbilly's advice is the way to go. Not much work involved to swap them out. I have the same set up in my red 90 (5.0 E4OD 2wd) and I did duals with long tube headers, x pipe, HF cats, and Spintech muffler with 2.5" pipe. With everything I paid almost $1k including installation. I would advise against my route unless you plan to mod. if your staying stock shortys are the way to go.

Most muffler shops have machine headed block of bolts if they won't be used. I had one in mine before I got an extended pigtail for my o2 sensor. which was only like two hours.

If I ran shortys I would like to have them in that location. The o2 would be up and away from everything else, easier to get to, and probably read better at the collector than say further downstream. Also those maybe there for mustang application. If losthillbilly did a random search for 302 headers and not headers specific to a f150, that may be why they're in that location. Further more may not run to the stock y pipe correctly. Im not sure, but it would be worth asking jegs that question.
