I am looking for the inertia fuel switch on my truck. I don't have kick panels, so it's not under there. Can someone help me please.

look up behind ur pedals its up there i believe

 

On the firewall just behind the pedals. Black box with a red switch inside a little protected hole.

 

near brake pedal.

 

Nope. Nope. Nope.

Whether the kick panel is there or not, that's where the switch is on '92-96: under the R end of the glove box.

Actually, finally found it today behind the passenger side kick panel. Thanks for your help. Wonder how many different spots there are for it? I even heard a buddy tell me his was on the fuel tank, and that your have a door in the bed of the truck that opened to get to it.

 

Apparently, you didn't read that caption... Apparently, you didn't either. Your buddy either doesn't have an F-series, or he's getting the good stuff.

 

No I did not read that caption, I know where mine is at and that's all I really need to know for now.

 

I've seen it in the back on cars - with an access door in the trunk to get at it.

 

The Panther platform (CV/GM/LTC) has it in the trunk with a hole in the carpet for access.
