noob w/electrical problem

and everything wasn't just fine before hand it seemed like the battery was being slowly drained and then click. still starts runs everything just no courtesy/interior lights.

No, that's the simplicity of MOST vehicles, of all makes, models, & years. Why would there be a relay between the battery & fuse? Then the relay would have no circuit protection. It's almost always battery-fuse-device-ground, and the device can be a relay, switch, light, module, motor, or any combination.

True Dat! Steve is correct on all counts and you noobs. Would be well served to pay attention.

Although on our trucks they put fusible links in some circuits. I think have a grand total of 2 relays. Fuel pump and EEC. That's what I was alluding to in my post.
