Window regulator lube

What is the best type of lubricant for the Power window regulator arms? I have a slow, weak motor so I am going to replace it. I want to lubricate everything before installation so the motor lasts.

The problem is on my Bronco the back TG window is slow and needs help going up or down. I hot wired the old motor and it still spins but its old and since I have the new one I want to do this right.

When I removed the motor I was able to pull the window up and down but there is still resistance, is this normal?

I think the recommended lube is a white lithium grease.

All the pivots need to be lubricated any time you can get to them. The window should drop under it's own weight.
