I see the link that describes the TSB, but it doesn't show anything about swapping the brake booster hose with the PCV hose (on the plenum of course) as an alternative. Did I miss something?

That's the goal of moving the PCV hose, to ANYWHERE other than the #8 runner. Whether you swap it with the brake booster, or drill a new hole.

I agree 100%, just making sure I didn't miss something, as I'm normally very good at doing.
