Power Steering Pump Questions

OK, looking on NAPA for a new power steering pump. How do I know if I have the metric, standard....should I get the magnapure filtration system built in? I'm sure there is a number in the VIN, but I don't know which one. Think I'm going to go ahead and replace the power steering lines while I'm in there, and obviously a pulley. I have a ridiculous high pitch squeal, some buzzing, and a nice leak coming from the power steering pump, and want it gone.

No, the VIN doesn't contain any steering info, but all F150s use a Ford C2 pump. Get the bracket, pump, pulley, & lines from an E150 in a junkyard with the same engine. Read these & their captions:
