problems with my show truck

OK guys and girls I'm having some problems with my show truck. I recently went to a show and unloaded it out of the trailer drove it around the show grounds went and parked it. The next morning I got to the show fired her up and moved her. It sat all day and that night a bad storm was coming in so I was going to move it into the parking garage. When I went to fire her up it wouldnt fire so I did some trouble shooting it was getting fire from the coil and down to the plugs, I tested the fuel pressure wasn't getting enough so I thought that was it so the next morning I went and got a fuel pump changed it out still nothing. So I was tired of messing with it so I pushed her into my trailer and came home. I finally had some time last night and today to mess with it I pulled a plug and it was fouled so I pulled all of them and replaced them. So today I got it all buttoned up and went to start it and she fired right up I let it idle for a while and she was smoking really bad black smoke. I only had a few gallons of gas in the tank so I ran it out. The entire time black smoke was puffing out. So I know I running rich so I pulled a plug again and it had some carbon build up and was in the beginning stages of fouling out if not already fouled. Now keep this in mind the truck sat from 2004 to 2007 without starting it or anything. From 2007 to present the only time I drive it is out of the trailer into a show and then load it up. Anyone have any ideas of what's going on?

Engine? fuel pressure while running? bleed down rate?
After that, I would suspect TFI module (ICM) &/or PIP sensor (stator).
Error codes?

If it sat that long the injectors are probably gummed up. Sounds typical, it sits it runs a little then it starts moving gummy fuel around thru the system.
That would be my $0.02
