reset the computer by disconnecting the negative battery cable for 10 minutes. drive and see which codes return. some of those may be a fault from a while ago. u could have also scanned the codes with a paper clip.

try disconnecting the green vacuum hose going to the EGR and drive it. if that helps then test the EGR valve and EVP.

Unplug the Vac hose to the EGR. Have someone raise idle to 2K. If there is no Vac at the hose @2K, your EGR regulator on the other end of the hose is pooched! There should be no Vac at idle or WOT.

Ok i reset the computer then drove the truck and checked again and only 2 codes came up
172 (HEGO) HS02 sensor switch fault/lean
332 Insufficeint EGR flow

and i found that the tube that runs from the exhaust on top of the exhaust manifolds to the top of the engine not sure what it is, is broke off at the exhaust and there is air blowing out of the part on top of the engine out of 3 little holes ill try to get pics

ill check and try to replace the EVR today

it runs from the exhaust to the EGR? thats the inlet for the EGR to it can divert some exhaust to the intake.

That sounds like the air injection system (smog pump).

ok more info .. i just ran a KOER test and here are the codes

41 R- HEGO (HO2S)sensor voltage low/system Lean

129 - Insufficient Mass Air Flow (MAF) change during dynamic response test....which my truck doesnt even have a MAF

167 - Throttle position sensor fault during dynamic response test

225 - Knock sensor fault during dynamic response test

311 - Thermactor air system/fault during engine run self test

332 - Insuddicient EGR flow detected

These are all after i reset the codes and i just put in a new EGR vacuum solenoid

You still haven't checked fuel pressure at the rail yet? Still haven't repaired the tube connection? Did you Rev the engine once during the KOER test? (that will get rid of a lot of the codes)
