302 Won't fire Help/ Command start?

I just dropped a used 302 from a ltd in the f150 and it won't start! i narrowed it down to a prior command start in the ltd, is there anything from the ecu or any other electricals i need to remove? or if anyone has a installation manual? also they are both efi.

Run the LTD's! The harnesses & ECU should go w/ the engine.

Usually behind the left or right side kick panels. Start w/ drivers side next to the E-brake.

Okay replaced the Ecu, still no luck, truck will turn over all day, it seems there is no power getting to the fuel pump? could it have something to do with the command start? I'm not getting any power to the inertia switch anyone have any other solutions?

Run a KOEO (key on engine off) Error Code scan. The PCM relay actuates the F/P relay. And you know what the F/P relay does!
