Doesn't look bad, but you are going to have very little of a turning radius. May want to rethink your 4 link arms.

i know ill have a good amount of rub on the lower links, but for now it will work fine for now as the truck is no longer my daily driver. right now im just trying to get the truck back on its own weight so i can move it around the yard out of the way...

using a dodge track bar from Carli Suspension. using it for a bit more clearance...
got a pretty good deal on it.

this is all i got for this week... got the tie rod cut and tack welded, got all the links cut and tack welded, got the axle for the most part where i want it under the truck, finished burning in the chassis link brackets... now im working on the shock hoops... got the drivers side inner fender(plasic part) all cut and trimmed to clear hoops/coilovers...

got both shock hoops in, still gotta do a little reinforcement for strength, gussets, some additional tube, before i feel safe on letting her sit on her own weight... also coming up with a design for the lower track bar bracket... also drilled out the pitman arm for the heim joints...

Have you cycled the setup yet? That body mount looks like it might get close from the photos to your outer link

yeah, i have a separate plan for that. removing the body lift spacer and either raise the body mount or make a new one

got the front end just about done... from begining to end, all of my measurements where within 1/8th to 1/16th of an inch which could easily be adjusted to be exact...

been driving her around town all week, down brick paved roads, even on the interstate... i could not believe the ride quality!!! it rides like a brand new truck!!! also get absolutely no bump steer, and let go of the wheel and tracks perfectly straight

stock no lift blocks

with 5.5 inch block, front 1.5 inch taller than where it will sit...

Turned out pretty good. Why wouldn't you have ditched the body lift? Have you driven it? I can't see you having much of a turning radius. I also would of done knuckle under for the steering.

ive been driving it all week to and from work and around town, turning radius is slightly larger than before but hardly noticeable... and ride quality compared to the old front end is unbelievable

i wanted to ditch the body lift but the coilover shock hoops almost hit the AC system as it is so its staying for now... also it makes for easier transmission swaps as i can actually get all of the bell housing bolts with an air impact. still gotta pull my trans and have my shop convert it to 4x4... that probably wont be till after new years...

if i was running more lift i would have done knuckle under but how it is now, works perfect as the angle of the steering arm almost matches the track bar. if i would run it under the angles would be way off...
