I have not but i have got seized window motor to work again, Take your door panel off and get a screwdriver and tap the motor with the handle end somewhat hard but not to hard while holding the switch up (If window is down) or down (if window is up) if this works it is only a temporary fix so you might wana get a new motor soon.

Have done on 95 F150 pretty simple remove interior panel, screws in the pull handle, window button and i think in two spots at the bottom, pry the pannel out it has plastic clips once pryed out push up to get the seal by the window to pop up and out, disconect power to switches, remove the 4 bolts to the whole sisors that move window up and down if they are rivited in drill just the heads off of the rivets, (replace with shallow bolts) remove the window off the sisors slide bar and out off the door, remove the old sisors and motor at the same time replace with the new one. should be able to pick up at advance auto

The easier way would be to drill out the two dimples that are in the door skin.

That will allow access to two of the three bolts that are holding the window motor in. The third is already visible. But before buying a whole new motor, take the cover off the old one to see what's left inside.
