Starts, Idles, Put it in gear dies
What gives.
This truck was bought as a none mover since the tranny was stolen. I have since gotten it back together but cannot get it to drive.
1991 460 auto.
It will idle all day great, give it gas and it runs rough. Put it in gear and it dies.
What do you guys think?
Has tune up, new injectors, changed computer, new gas and fuel tank and pump. What to look at next?

Alright, new IAC changed the way it idles and starts. Much "cleaner".
Then I tested the TPS, volts not too out of whack. However is it possible to have a backwards TPS? Testing the volts on the wires told by everyone to test it reads 4 volts at idle and goes DOWN from there. Disconnected it runs pretty good, not perfect but better. Testing the wires opposite of suggestions gives the correct .9385 reading and goes UP. But I am wondering ...
