4.9 cranks, but will not start

I have a 1995 F150 2wd supercab. I pulled it it to my shop to change oil and filter. I'm old school so I pulled the coil wire so it would not start until I built up pressure. Primed it 3 times put the wire back on and now nothing. I have spark, good compression, and new fuel pumps. My noids say the injectors are pulsing, have new cap, wires, plugs, rotor. My scanner shoots no codes. Help what am I missing? Thanks in advance for any answers. By the way, Plugs looked good , but were dry.

Don't know what happened this time but next time DO NOT pull the coil wire. You are washing the cylinders down with gasoline, a really bad idea. Instead, disconnect the inertia fuel shutoff switch or pull the fuel pump relay.

Test the coil's resistance across the primary (12V) terminals - it should be 0.3-1 Ohm. Then test from the (-) terminal to the secondary (output) - it should be 8-11.5 KOhm.
