I'm pretty sure accel 300+ makes a universal fit set that would work for your truck.They run about $58 from summit racing part # acc-7032.

GO motorcraft. They will last the longest and are reelatively cheap.

 

Just recently put an Accel high performance dist. cap and Crane fireball wires on my 90 with 300 I-6. Really love the difference. Total cost was less than $50 at carparts.com or wrenchhead.com, can remember which right now.
