I have a 95 XLT with the chrome(plastic) backing on the mirrors. Well I broke one of them and I want to know if anyone knows where I can find a replacement, besides the dealer. I haven't checked the price there, I'm scared to.

I know this is going to sound bad (especially if you are a perfectionist like me), but check a junk yard. You could probably find one real cheap. Just ask to see it before you purchase so that you can make sure to find one that looks acceptable. You may also talk to some local body shops for used ones or contacts to purchase a new one. Heck they may even be nice enough to order you one from the dealer at a discounted rate!
