I got a little lite bulb in my head this afternoon. I was looking really hard at this 460 thats sitting at the back of my shop, and was wondering what I would have to do to install it in my truck.

I have a 95 F150 302
gt40p heads, b-cam, twin 61 mill t-body
92 mustang mass air converson, 4.10 gears.

will my 5speed mazda trany bolt onto a 460?
also what bout the clutch, will it take an HD-11inch clutch? other than getting the truck manafold is there anything else i would need?

I have done this to a car & the bellhousing bolt pattern is way different. There might be adapters available.

I think everything (except the motor mounts) are a direct hookup. The 5speed was an option for the 460. Air intake, etc the same.
