I have a 97 F250 with a 5.8. mine leaks oil around the rear of the oil pan.It's just a little seapage. If your's is the same,don't worry about it. I've never seen one that didn't.If it's a lot of oil you probably just need to replace a gasket.

 

My wife has a 96 F-250 with a 5.8.
it only has 26K miles on it and it has started leaking oil. I was just wondering if there has been a problem with them leaking oil.
