Good question! I don't know, but I'd guess that S/D systems are not THAT sensitive. A T/B spacer adds very slightly to the intake velocity and does increase vol. efficiency, but probably not to the point that the processor would care. The reading would not be out of range for the MAP (pressure) sensor, but it would give an unusual combination with the ACT (temperature) sensor and/or TPS (throttle pos'n) sensor.

It can't hurt to find out.
