Computer code help

The check engine light on my 93 F150 with the 4.9L 5spd is on constantly. It comes on about a minute after you start the truck and stays on until you shut it off...it runs fine though. I ran the codes and got these two, 327 and 332. Does anyone know what they mean? The Haynes manual doesn't list them. Thanks!

It's probably too late, but here they are:

327- EGR Valve Position (EVP) sensor, Pressure Feedback EGR (PFE) sensor or EGR Pressure Transducer (EPT)- signal voltage too low.

332- Insufficient EGR flow detected.

I thought I'd bring this topic back up since there seems to be a lot more people in this forum now.

Anyway the light is still on I havn't really played with it. Here's the background of the problem. The check engine light would come on briefly as I'd be driving down the road...maybe stay on for 1-5 minutes. This bugged me so I checked the codes and it said insufficient egr flow or something like that (its been a long time). I replaced the EGR valve, then the light was on constantly after about a minute of driving. I then also replaced the sensor on the EGR and that didn't do anything.

Anyone have any ideas what is causing the light to go on?

4X4Ranger, You may have a vacuum leak, check all hoses. Also you can do a vacuum drop test if you have a vacuum guage/pump ($25.00 at parts store). EGR valve is vacuum controlled, if you are not getting enough it will call the sensor/valve bad.

Also the rule is, to run the Key ON Engine Off (KOEO) test till all codes are clear. After that run Key On Engine Run tests(KOER). KOER tests are dynamic. They can be real sensitive run a few times at different temps (i.e. Morning, noon, and night). Rember to bring Engine up to full temp. O2 sensor needs to see full temp.

Hope this helps

4X4Ranger, Follow my post to Mike Lewis under "Check Engine Light". This Forum. The web site will give you a full list of 2 and 3 digit codes for the Ford EEC-IV system.
