Post SUCCESS !!!!

I've had a very annoying, high pitch squeaking noise coming from the front end every time I hit a bump, or closed the hood. It turns out that the cranking rod for the jack, which is under the hood, and runs along the top of the radiator, had become unclipped at the point where it sits over the windshield washer fluid/coolant overflow tanks, and was rubbing on the metal support bracket those tanks are mounted to. In all honesty, I didn't spend too much time looking for it, but it has been bugging me for months. Next time you are under your hood, unclip that end of it and rub it against the metal I am talking about. It's good to be able to recognize that sound, and if I hear it again, I will now know where to look.

Take care,
~Chris
