Name That Noise!

I have a pretty loud pop, or maybe clunk, coming from the front left side of a 1995 F150 XL 4WD. Only when I let out on the clutch to start from a dead stop. New Moog inner and outer tie rods, Moog ball joints, brakes, packed front end, checked diff (fluid like new). 6" Superlift with extended radius arms, installed 2 1/2 years ago, all looks good. It's been this way for a while, but nothing with maintenance items seems to make it go away and I can't find anything loose. Of course, I don't have a lift to get the tension off truck in order to give it a really good working over with a pry bar. Any suggestions, or just take it to the shop? Thanks for any and all responses!

I think I eliminated the exhaust knock, It was popping before the exhaust pipe fell off and I had that replaced, catback flowmaster and the exhaust guy said all else was ok. I like the motor mount diagnosis, I had thought of that, but I'm no mechanic and am tired of looking for it.
