1978 Ford F150 lift

Will a 4 inch lift clear 35' tires? without wheel well trimming....

my buddy has a 77' 250 with a 4" and 38's im not sure how much the difference is between the old 150 and 250's

well back then i think the f250s had a High Boy and a Low Boy. thats probably how he could clear those. i think 4" should be plenty of room for 35"s

yeah i agree. my 89 150 has a 4" with 36's with wheel well trimming but again tahts obvisouly going to be a little different than a 78'

On a 1978 F150, a 4" lift will easily clear 35" tires. I had a 78 Bronco with a 3" lift and it cleared 35"x12.5" BFG's with no rubbing at all.
