Need advice on fluid changes.. Trans, transfer case and front and rear diff

I have a 96 F-150. Im going to get the trans filter kit and diff gasket from Ford.

Trans is an AOD,

Need recommendations for the Front and rear diff fluid... rear diff is a limited slip.

Transfer case.

Transmission: Mercon
Transfer Case: Mercon
Front Diff: 80W90 w/ 3 oz. of friction modifier if it has a limited slip
Rear Diff: 80W90 w/ 4 oz. of friction modifier if it has a limited slip

Thank you sir...

Any brand gear oil? Like the purple stuff or something or is standard gear oil and Mercon the best?

BTW your trans is not an AOD, look at the trans code on the vehicle ID sticker.
It could be a 4R70E (trans code = U)
Or it could be an E4OD (trans code = E)
