Problem with windshield wipers on my 94

I have been having problems with the windshield wipers on my 94 F150. The only speeds that work are the on all the time 1 and 2 settings, none of the delays are working. And if I use the washer fluid the wipers will just keep going and dont stop until I shut the truck off. I took the end cover off and took out the gutts of the wiper switch, cleaned them and put everything back together and its still the same way. What do I do now, replace the turn signal arm/wiper controls? Or is there something else that I am missing?

Thanks guys
Paul

No, it sounds like the MFS is OK. Read this:

.

It sounds more like the WCM (#32) has gone bad, which isn't uncommon.

I agree, you need a wiper control module.

Not much at a junkyard. If you can't find one locally at a price you like, I think I still have the one in that photo. E-mail me if you want it.
