f150 single piston caliper vs. f250 dual piston

Is it possible to swap / change my f150 caliper and use the dual piston f250 caliper and pad setup?

No. You'd have to swap the entire front suspension. There are several threads about the differences in the D44IFS & the D50IFS on FSB, so do some searching over there.
