I was in Carquest this afternoon, and i happened to see a tachometer in there for just about 50 bucks. It sounded like it could be hooked up to any vehicle, and so i got to thinkin', would it work in my truck?... Its a 4.9l 5-speed, and i've always been curious about how fast that engine's running. I just dont know where it would plug in.. seeing as how the truck obviously wasnt made with a tach. I appreciate any input.
