Thats very strange, most F150s were switched over by ~90, my buddy has a 91 with an E40D. Your's is the newest truck I've seen with an AOD, never seen one with the newer cluster either.

they had the E4OD option starting in 88. 302's mostly cam with AOD till 93. but AOD was NEVER behind a 351W.

351W, World Products Windsor Sr. heads (200cc int. run 2.02int 1.60exh.), Crane roller cam 364215 (Lobe center 112, duration 260int 270exh .445int & .470ex) Comps Rollin' rockers, Mass air conversion, 90mm Lightning MAF, 42lb inj., 2.2l Kenne Bell Twin Screw Blower at 8lbs of boost, 75mm Accufab throttle body, K&N filter, BBK in-line 50gph fuel pump, JBA stainless shorties, Bassani "Y" pipe 3" Stainless exhaust, Flowmaster 70 series with 18" Magnaflow glass pack, all mandrell bent goodness, TwEECer tuned FLY1/AHACA Truck EECIV for engine and transmission management. Stock t-case, D44 IFS, Ford 8.8 with 3.55's

I should get this stuff this week: Yukon Dura Grip Posi, and Yukon alloy shafts. A Punisher E4OD by Paul's Clutch Boxes with Precision - Stallion Torque Converter.

I have tuned the tranny for firmer/faster/later shifts since I took the vid. It will be faster with the new tranny/torque converter and the new rear end stuff should hold together.

Man, that blower whine is wicked.
I love how smooth the power is, just keeps climbing.

Thanks!

Smooth but there should be a little jump into second and not so much slippage which is wasting power.

Thanks man! I am proud of building it up myself and still a bit sore from the recent tranny install. It's working great though and worth it to me.

New to me '95 F150 XL

A basic truck, 300 6, 5 Speed. Some folks don't like the Mazda transmission, but I would rather have a manual transmission. Truck needs cleanup, and either Rhino or LineX, as I will use it to haul motorcycles.

Facelift, New Bumper and Comb Headlight/Corner Markers

The old bumper look pretty good but there was a bunch of rust below the black trim piece.
