Transmission/Clutch Slipping When Accelerating?

I have a 5 speed 4.9 liter inline six F-150. When driving in 3-5 gear and accelerating the engine revs but the truck does not go faster, just seems like somethings slipping. I can get it to drive fine as long as I don't try to accelerate to hard. The faster the acceleration the more likely it will slip/rev engine but go no faster. Since I don't know that much about transmissions, I was wondering if anyone has any ideas. Thanks, Bill.

I know your new, so I'll nicely explain that your other post up in the tranny section is what you want to listen too. Cross posting gets messy.
