Hi there hope someone will be able to help a proud f150 owner out.i am taking a 302 out of a 90 f150 and putting it into a 1994 f150 my question is the main harnesss is not the same what should i do

Yeah, the 94 is gonna have some differences. Such as...
a possible non electronic tranny in the '90 (C6, AOD) vs. an electronic one for sure (E4OD or 4r70w) in the '94. But the '90 could also have the E4OD. Does it?
The '90 is a speed density setup, while the '94 could be mass air flow.
Belt routing is different, and if I'm not mistaken the firing order is too.

I would just use your existing wiring harness.
Unless you originally had a 6 cylinder???
One problem you might find, the 90 block will probably not have a boss to mount a knock sensor.
I have that issue on my truck from swapping in an earlier block.
It has yet to run decent on a consistent basis, and won't run on any fuel other than 93 octane.
