New to the boards...problem help

Hey there, I'm new to the boards. hate to kick things off with a problem to resolve, but has to be done i guess...

i have a 1994 F150 XL 4x4 and the front wheels have a really bad negative camber. the truck isnt sagging in the front end so I think the shocks are fine. could it be the ball joints? I know that they are a common problem in these trucks.

What do you guys think?

Did you check the radius arm bushings? I had the same symptoms on my '95 a couple months ago. The right radius arm bushing was totally gone and took out the upper and lower ball joints.....

You can jack it up and check the balljoints for freeplay, but most likely the springs are worn and sagging. That is the downside to the TTB front suspension. As the springs settle and age it greatly affects camber.

The front springs might also be broken. my 96 has the same camber problem, and I noticed today that both springs are broken near the top, where they mount to the frame.

New ones are on order.
