Can anyone tell me if 1990 351w with efi, the heads will work ok on a carbureted motor, 82 351w? Are the heads the same? Or, what is an H motor, and a G motor designation? Thanks for any help! I am trying to fix my old carbureted motor (cracked head), and can't find any other heads than the '90's.

 

They'll work, but you may have to block off the crossover tube holes, or just use the tube on the 82. You will also want to replace both heads in case there are small combustion chamber differences.
