Angry Where is the fuel pump relay?

I been looking for the fuel pump relay on my 5.0L 1990 F-150 and can't seem to locate it. The manual I have shows it on the drivers side in a bank of three with ECC Power, Trailer Light and Fuel pump the computer output is also there. There is no wire harness plug into the fuel pump one as well as ther trailer. should ther be? IF not where is the relay located. Any diagrams or pictures you can provide would be helpful. Thanks.

Looked there. There is a spot for pump but there is no wiring harness plugged into it just a open connector. Any ideas.
