Unhappy 86 F-250 window motor removal

Tried finding details in previous posts, turns out I'm not that lucky. Checked everything and for sure, my window motor is dead. Took off the the plastic/carpet panels and I can only get to one of the screws. I think there is four, 3 of which I can see for sure. The metal on the inside is making it difficult to even get a screw driver any where near the hidden screws... Looks like the metal is welded to the door itself. Does that mean I have to cut into it? Thanks for any help you can give in advance.

Howdy and welcome!

I'll tell you the little secret if you post some pics of my favorite body style F250...

All ya need is a half inch drill bit.

Watch out when you finally pull out the motor as the window can easily crash down. I put a zip tie around the bracket under the glass to the door to hold it up.
