Did you reset the ECM when you were finished? This must be done after cleaning or replacing the IAC.

what did you clean it with? i believe those throttle bodies
are coated and if you use the wrong cleaner it removes coating and you get erratic idle and some other problems

Disconnect the negative battery cable, and then turn on the headlight switch for a couple minutes. Turn the headlight switch off, and reconnect the negative battery cable.

I know for a fact that all vehicles with an IAC need to have the ECM reset after cleaning or replacing it. I'm not saying that that's for sure your problem, but it has to be done. Did you turn on the headlight switch while the battery was disconnected? If not, 3 minutes isn't long enough to reset your ECM.

What else did you do when you cleaned the throttle body? Did you remove the TPS? Did you install a new IAC gasket and a new TB gasket? Was your EGR passage clogged, and did you open it up?
