Clutch kit/ Autobody shop.
I just had a clutch kit put in my 94 f150at an autobody shop, they called and said it was ready. i went over there this morning and saw my truck waiting out side walked into there shop ready to take my baby out for a test drive. Then i encountered the mecanic and he asked me is there a switch that you pulled or somthing because he could not get the truck to start from the clutch , now im not stupid but he said you got to start it from the silonoid then he left to go get another car and i have not seen him scince, i went out and inspected the truck now when i tried to start it i noticed that the clutch was about 2 to 3 inches lower than it was normally and there is play when it is extended but it does shift good but it does not start, i know why it wont start its cause the clutch has to be fully extended and its not extending all the way to the ground for the start, now im not paying for this if he does not do the job the right way and i hope nothing bad happens cause im really pissed. he wants me to pay $650 but until i do that i want it done right . could this be a quick fix to adjusting it so it will start? also any suggestions would be great to tell him where to go or is this too soon.
