Yea me 2 ' but im going to give it a go' right now i got to take out my tranny so basicly disconnect your drive shaft then go after the bolts that are holding your tranny ' then there should be a braket in there thats also holding up your tranny this should still hold it up after all the bolts are undone' now the mastercilynder cable on the tranny should be taken off ' these tend to be a pain to take off but i used a screw driver to pry the piece up and then disconnect it' after its disconnected shake the tranny to make sure its loose and check for bolts that might still be on the tranny. Once thats all done grab a good jack and jack up the tranny then remove your braket and bring down the transmission ' this is how i took out my tranny for the first time but now i got to go in there and check the slave cilynder such a pain in the a$$. oh and check to see if its disconnected from your starter good luck

cool, thanks for the tips.

I have already unbolted the bell housing from the block. and disconected the 4x4/2x2 selector. do you guys think i can get away with not disconecting the transfer case, and just sliding the traney/ transfer case backwords?

thanks for the help

How's this going for you? I may need to do it soon and will probably have to harass you for tips.
