when you pop the hood, the 2 screws on top come out, but the bottom is held is somehow... it doesnt budge so i didnt want to pull it, like how the bottom of the grill is attached. is there a bolt somewhere holding it in?

 

there might be one between the lights, (the headlight and the blinker light) im not certain tho

 

Shorgasm III, you will need to remove the turn signal light to gain access to the other screw(s). There are two nuts holding the turn signal light from the back of the housing. Remove those and the light housing. There is at least one screw attached to the fender, I don't remember if there was a fourth screw or not.
