1990 F150 w. 302...what is needed for 351 and has anyone done it

I am sure that someone has done this modification and it is documented, but I cannot find it. Here is my story:

I am into Mustangs and Fords in general. I have a 1990 F-150 that I use to tow my race car to the track on Friday and my motorcycle on Sunday. The truck is my utility vehicle (and I love it). It has the 5.0 engine that is getting tired and the 5-spd (Mazda, I believe) tranny. The engine has 200K and it bowing oil at about 1 qt/100 miles towing. I need to either rebuild a 302 or put a new powerplant in there. I have a 302 and know them pretty well (I have a built '88 Mustang). However, I would like the extra power of the 351W.
I was just curious what is involved in the swap. I would also like to keep it Fuel Injected I imagine I would need:

(1) Block (with rotating assembly)
(2) Intake with Fuel Injection
(3) Headers
(4) Computer

I know the tranny may die...but will it bolt up until I find a stronger tranny? How about the flywheel? I am currently looking for a donor truck, but would like to know what is involved and it the extra 49 CID would be worth it.

Thanks in advance, this is a great site!
