Is it the fuel pump?
'89, 5.8L OD
When I turn the key, the sound of the fuel pump energizing is no longer present. I noticed that sound getting stranger and stranger, then finally nothing. Is this the fuel pump crapping out or an electrical problem? If it's a shot pump, what's the process of replacing the thing?
