When I set it at 75 I keep getting a surge. If I look down I can watch the gas pedal move up and down rapidly. My speedo does a lot of jumping as well. Couls this be a VSS problem? At lower speds it is fine, just at 75 or above.

I also notice in the mornings when it is not warmed up real good I can feel a surge when going up the hill away from the house. This is with a light foot and steady pedal. It almost feels like I have one foot on the gas and the other one keeps pushing lightly on the brake.
