Some Power loss

I have a 92 F150 w/5.0 131,000 miles well maintained The TPS,and TAB were just replaced because of codes 122, 552 and it just didnt want to run before replaceing them. After replacement ran good no codes for a week. Now it has a little power loss and shows no codes. This truck is so clean you could eat off any part of it, It's got me pulling my hair out because I don't know if its the truck or the loose nut behind the wheel. Its my Girl Friends truck. Please help.
Matt
