Mainly in new parts, the only thing I won't do myself is the tranny rebuild. I am thinking equal to or greater than the worth of the truck and that still isn't the A/C it needs, new rubber and brakes.

-new gearbox
-rebuild the tranny
-air-by pass valve for the throttle
-front axel joints
-and my passanger side radius arm is worn badly and needs to be replaced (must be recnt because when I replaced the shocks not more than three months ago was fine)
-bad cat air tube
