Why bother?
On a near stock engine, you lose performance with MAF.
On a moderately built engine MAF has no particular advantage over S/D.
If you're going to supercharge it, you need MAF, otherwise forget it.

Unless you've added a blower, you can probably handle your needs with a re-flash of your existing PCM

I did it and it was well worth the loot. Before I converted to mass-air I had heads installed, cam, larger T/B, 24# injectors and it ran like azz.(Even w/ a chip)
The mass air cleaned it right up and it idles nice and smooth now. I did have to upgrade the MAF to 75 mm. The stock one that comes w/ the kit was small and would have choked my setup. Besides I needed it matched to my 24# injectors.
Keep your eye on Ebay. Every now and then I will see a kit go for cheap.
