Not sure where to throw this, so why not here? 1993 Econoline van. Air bag light blinks 3 times, pause 2 more blinks. Any clues, or should I just take it to the dealer? (probably what will happen anyway)

edit-it's 3-2 not 3-3 although I guess no one knows what it means

 

How does the cruise control work, or the horn? My guess is that the clockspring assy. under the steering wheel is going bad.
