My air breather filter is soaked with oil and I have oil coming out of the air filter box and dripping onto the inner wheel well. I have replaced the PCV valve several times but the problem persists. What is forcing the oil into the air filter box?

 

The pcv system is defective somewhere. You may have to remove the pass. side valve cover and clean out the area under the pcv valve. Make sure the valve has vacuum on it. That's pretty much the only thing that will cause your problem. The pressure has to go somewhere.
