Anyone know where I can get the speedo gear on the inside of my transfer case, not the one that goes on the end of the cable the one actually in the t-case, and the rear driveshaft seal... Its an '86 302 4 speed EFI 4X4 Borg warner 1345 T-case.

 

Have to take the t-case tag number to the dealer and order it. If it is still available. The tag number will allow the parts dept to get an exploded view of the case and you can point out what you need. I don't expect the part would cost 20 bucks or less, way less.

Well i did that and the guy at the parts counter said they don't make them anymore...

 

See if the dealership will do a search for you. Or ask for the part number and post it here. If nobody here can do anything with it, you'll probably have to hit the junkyards. What happened to the gear anyway?
