Unhappy too cold?

So I recently bought a 92' ford f150 flareside, and I LOVE IT! I had to get some work done on it as soon as I got it, so I've probably only driven it a handful of times. I live in Chicago, it's snowing about about 10 degrees right now. My truck wont start up. The lights in the dash are dim, and sometimes go out. This happened yesterday and I went out and bought a new battery, and she started up after about 15 tries, but now....nothing! I'm starting think there is an electrical problem or something, but I'm too broke to find out. Maybe the winter could be taking a toll on it as well, but I'd like to think that my trusty beautiful truck could stand the cold. Anyone got any ideas?!?!?

Check the battery connections. Could be a loose or corroded ground. I don't think it is too complicated.

I cleaned the terminals with a rag, they're okay. I just went and got a new battery cuz it could possibly be that the one i bought before was bad, so wish me luck!
