thanks ..the info i was using never showed it up as a f-150...said digits 5-8 were wrong..needed to be like f18 or such..

 

FYI:

F14 = F-150 4x4 reg cab
X14 = F-150 4x4 super cab

F15 = F-150 4x2 reg cab
X15 = F-150 4x2 super cab

 

thanks..i figured out what my problem was...the site i was using to decode was for 97 or newer..thats what confused it
