1985 5.0

I have a 1985 F150 5.0 EFI-TFI and rebuilt the motor.
my problem is when starting it will start fine (timing is at specs).
then it will run rough or die. The upper intake vacuum lines are I am sure NOT hooked up correct.
it has the smog pump and all I just need to know where to hook the non emmission vacuum hoses up. I have diagram for the emmisions but not the other ones like the brake master and the dual intake air pipes bypass hoses behind the throttle body.
seems it would be simple but I cant seem to get any combo to work.
I would like to get the hoses hooked up correct before I move foward to the O2 sensor and the map sensoer readings.
any help will be greatfull.
