Blown Fuses!

1994 f-250: Keep blowing the fuel fuse that is under the hood when I try to switch to the back fuel tank....Is this in the switch on the dash...the control switch on the frame or the pump in the rear tank?

The short could be anywhere in the circuit before the load. Get a wiring diagram, locate all the connectors in the circuit and start doing continuity checks to ground.
